After almost 2 years of use, it still works perfectly. For a passionate amateur photographer - professional wannabe like me, its a great camera. I am super happy with its features and the quality of the images. Nicely built and easy in use. The image sensor is awesome, even in low light conditions the images are stunning. 24.2 MP allows to produce very high resolution images, yet with narrow apertures the sharpness might be affected, depending on the settings and the lens used. The only minus point is the viewfinder: it shows a frame that is a tiny bit smaller than the actual image that comes out. But since there was the same issue on my old EOS 30D, Im kind of used to it now and can take this into account. This problem is avoided than shooting from a very handy LCD touch screen, but I still prefer to use the viewfinder most of the times. The video quality is quite good, but the sound quality could be much better. Even though I mainly use manual settings, there are also a couple of automatic shooting modes that I enjoy to use sometimes: the toy-effect is a lot of fun to play around with and the night mode produces great quality night photos, way better than I can make with the manual settings and my technical skills so far.
